This package is great for folks who simply need to be pointed in the right direction or for first-time home buyers with a mortgage and a fixer-upper.
Bri will curate your dream space and give you all the tools you need to “do-it-yourself” within your unique budget and using your skills (no contractor, demolition or heavy-lifting).
After an initial one-hour consultation, Bri will present a mood board, scale floor plan and 3D renderding of your space.
This package includes:

• a one-hour initial consultation

• a scale floor plan of your space(s)

• a 3D rendering of your space(s)

• one revision per space ($200+HST for any additional revisions)

• a furniture, decor and/or hardware schedule (shopping list with prices and links)

• a colour scheme (from Benjamin Moore)
